CSE - Internet Of Things

Information Technology

One of the rapidly growing technologies, Information Technology is playing a deliberate role in every organization and alights its foot in every walk of our life which also drives to meet emerging technology in the present and future era. This branch also enlightens students with all necessary technical and practical knowledge required by the software industry. Also imparts training for placements which makes the students also to fulfil it for higher studies. Department of Internet of Things has been started in the year 2020-21 with an intake of 60 students. The Department has highly committed faculty who graduated from various reputed institutions. The IT Program was earlier accredited by NBA, New Delhi before it was discontinued. Department is headed by Dr.K.Srinivas has 25 years of experience in teaching. The Department has one Professor and six Assistant Professors. The faculty is well experienced and is into research, which allows us to drive students to a correct path of education. It has well-equipped laboratories to impart practical training and good practice to students and has strong external linkages with Industry, R&D establishments etc.

All the faculty members are encouraged to participate in Faculty Development Programmes, Conferences, Workshops, Publication of Research Papers and active involvement in R & D activity.
